My name, as the site states :-), is Rich Stevenson. I’ve been involved with computers and networking, in one way or another, since I was about 15 years old. Currently I’m a Systems Integration Sr. Advisor at Dell Inc., performing upgrades and migrations with Active Directory and Exchange.
Previously I was the Network Supervisor for Middough Inc. located in Cleveland, OH. My involvement includes the configuration, maintenance, and deployment of our Windows Servers, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM, SEP, Cisco routers and switches, and VoIP to name a few.
In the past I was a freelance technical writer for Element K Journals, writing how-to articles on Novell’s NOS and other software. Unfortunately, once Novell started moving towards SUSE Linux, the need for the NetWare journal started to fade. And the day eventually came when the journal was all together canceled. I enjoyed writing and did so for about 6 years. After sometime I started missing writing such articles and thus was inspired to put up this blog.
Hopefully over time, this site will become populated with a good number of articles that prove beneficial to any who visit.
Again, thanks for visiting,
